Unfortunately, this server became a victim of its own popularity -- a few users were submitting hundreds of single-structure queries using scripts, which is a very inefficient (read, expensive...) way to load the AWS cloud resources behind the site.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but there is a limited budget remaining and I want to make sure that the service is used as intended -- to run up to a few queries manually. If you want to run hundreds or thousands of structures against AFDB50, this can be done using only few minutes (read, only a few cents, or maybe a couple of dollars...) on an appropriate AWS instance, say a 32-core machine with 64Gb RAM.
